Delete your StayToned account

You can request account and data deletion from the app or by email.

Request deletion in the app

1. Open StayToned and sign in to the account you want deleted.
2. Open More, then Privacy & account.
3. Choose Request deletion and send the prepared email so we can verify ownership.

Request deletion without the app

Email me@farnood.tech from the address associated with your StayToned account. Use the subject StayToned account deletion request. Do not include meal photos, nutrition details, or other sensitive health information in the message.

What is deleted

After account ownership is verified, we delete the StayToned account and associated personal data, including profile information, saved meals and photos, nutrition entries, targets, preferences, and synced health data stored by StayToned. Deletion is normally completed within 30 days.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Google Play and other payment providers may retain purchase records under their own policies. Anonymous or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may also be retained.

Subscriptions

Deleting your StayToned account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions to prevent future renewals.
